CHASSIS - Monocoque frame of chassis and body of bus are built up by using square cross section steel tubes.

These tubes connected by welding to each other makes an integrated monocoque chassis and body of bus which is capable to withstand against all dynamic loads produced in operation process. Galvanized steel sheets used at external body panels are rust -proof.

TRIMMING - Side external panels and roof panel of bus are made of 1,2 mm thick galvanized steel sheets. BAGAJ VE SERFIS KAPAKLARI ALUMINYUM

Front and rear panels, front and rear bumpers are made of fiberglass. FLOORING - Flooring is made of 15 mm thick high quality plywood covered with anti-slip and flame-retardant linoleum.

The bottom part of plywood is coated with agent based on bituminous. Under floor assemblies are accessible through secured, well insulated and sealed access panels provided inside the bus.

Passenger seats are with reclining high back rests, and inner seats can be slided laterally to the aisle. Every pair of seats is fitted with folding armrests on the aisle side. A fixed armrest is provided on the window side of every seat. Back of each seat is equipped with hand grab, service table, magazine net and as optional equipment seats can be equipped with foldable and adjustable foot rest.

Every seat is fitted with two-point seat belt. Seats that have no partition or seat in front are equipped with a three-point seat belt.

Headlamps: 2 x LO/HI beams headlamps.

Each headlamp is constructed in a way that it have front parking lamp or front position lamp in white colour.

Fog Lamps              : Front Fog lamps - 2 fog lamps, embedded on each side of the front bumper

: Rear Fog lamps - 2 fog lamps.

Front Top Clearance Lights : 2 front top clearance lamps separately mounted on the left and right at a maximum

height compatible with the requirements of the vehicle.

The front top clearance lamps also can work as flashing lamps when hazard warning is activated.

Direction Indicating Lamps

2 direction indicating lamps in front of the vehicle, 1 on the left side and 1 on the right side

2 surface mounted direction indicating lamps 1 on the left front side of the vehicle and 1 on the right front side of the vehicle.

2 rear direction indicating lamps, one on each side of the rear of the vehicle. 1 direction indicating lamp is included in each rear light assembly.

2 surface mounted direction indicating lamps 1 on left rear side of rear bumper and 1 on the right rear side of rear bumper.

Side Marker Lamps

Six (6) pieces reflectorized side marker lamps symemetrically and equally divided on each side of the bus.

The colour display of the side marker lamps is amber, and their reflecting surface is rectangular.

Rear Light Assembly

One (1) assembly on each side at the rear of the vehicle.

Individual Rear Light Assembly is composed of the Tail light, Stop light, Reversing light, Fog light, and Direction Indicating Lamps.

Registration Plate Lamp Rear Top Marker Light

Registration plate lamp illuminates white light. Individual Rear Round Top Lights.

The rear top marker light are mounted in a way that they are embedded in the rear upper body panel.

Third Stop Light Rear Reflectors

Placed at the center of the upper rear portion of the bus. 2 pieces red reflectors, fitted at the rear on the surface of the rear bumper.

Двери / Doors

Two (2) Electro- Pneumatically operated doors with outward swinging at the right side of the bus. One door in front and another one in the middle section of the bus.

Doors are also equipped with safety system to prevent passengers from being trapped between the door leaves when the door is closing. Doors are also equipped with covered emergency switches which are installed according to regulations applicable in area of operation.

WINDSCREEN - Windscreen is made of undivided (single piece) laminated glass. Windscreens are mounted in such a way that they are glued on bus frame. GLAZING - Glued and double-glazed side windows.

In emergency situations the side windows can also be used as emergency exits. Appropriate glass hammers are provided on each window pillar. There are also designed curtains.

KALE - FRESH AIR VENTILATION

One electrically operated roof turbo fan and 1 panoramic roof hatch for fresh air ventilation. The hatch can be opened manually and can be used as emergency exit in case of distress.

Кондиционер / AIR CONDITIONER

Mounted in front part of roof , SAFKAR 371 brand A/C with cooling capacity of 28000 kcal./h, driven by bus engine. Two cylinder BITTZER compressor with heavy-duty magnetic clutch pulley. Refrigerant Type: R - 134A Electrical power supply system of entire A/C is absolutely independent from the chassis and body electrical systems. The A/C unit has a separate main cut-off fuses from main power source. A/C control panel has a control panel equipped with digital temperature indicator for cockpit and passengers' cabin climate adjustments. Air from the main ducts comes from air vents on passenger's control panel placed above the seats. It is equipped with air flow control system. Every pair of side by side seats has one passengers' overhead control panel with two adjustable nozzles and two adjustable reading lights with individual control switches. The main air duct has air shooters on the side that vents air from the main air duct towards the passenger's compartment.

SPHEROS - Pre-heater + automatic time-controlled switch for pre heaters with digital display. Convectors (heat exchanger) fixed alongside left and right edges of floor + front driver's heater and defrosters for front windscreen operating by distribution of coolant from engine cooling system. There are also shut-off valves in the return and supply pipe lines of the heating system. WEBASTO heater placed in engine compartment.
